Our licensed real estate staff can aid with selling your home, finding and purchasing land throughout RI, southeastern MA and CT or assisting your realtor with any of these processes.
Distributor
Ritz Modular understands that some customers want to handle their own build. In these cases Ritz Modular will be your direct distributor. We offer the Drop Set. This service includes ordering and transporting your modular, setting your home on its foundation and preparing it for normal weather conditions. We will make you thoroughly aware of what aspects of the build will be in your hands.
